This book is the result of a multisector collaboration that includes companies, institutions and entities linked to the biogas value chain in Brazil.
This unprecedented study contains guidelines for the application of biogas in the activities of rural producers in the agroindustry of the Brazilian southern state of Paraná, indicating how biogas can advance with the use of waste from cattle, pigs, poultry and other waste from slaughterhouses and dairy products – significant activities in the economy of the state of Paraná.
This publication shows in detail the application of a specific methodology for this sector, which organizes the integration of biogas in the agribusiness chain of Paraná and, thus, allows for the dissemination of similar practices to other Brazilian states.
